I am two days behind on my training. My middle daughter has been in the hospital the last two days. She is back home tonight and improving. All is well.

I hope to be back in the gym tomorrow. It is a deload week, so I should be alright training four days in a row. I have one more 4 week cycle to run on the Wendler program (only my 2nd Wendler cycle) and then it will be time for me to test all of my maxes as I will have been training for a year. I sure hope to be able to improve upon all of my lifts.

4/24/14-Wendler deload week- bench day- Today was supposed to be squat day since I am behind, but I have a minor leg injury from squatting a couple weeks ago, so I opted to just take the deload week off from squatting. (how's THAT for a run-on sentence? lol)

Bench press

Got the results back today from my blood work on Monday. Blood sugar, thyroid, kidneys, and cholesterol all still just fine. The all natty fatty is in purty good health for a morbidly obese dude standing at death's door, lol.
