Let me start by saying thank you to everyone who keeps up with my log and helps motivate me. I also apologize for not being able to return the favor as of late. Work combined with sickness delayed me for one more week, but everything SHOULD be back on track now. I have managed to keep up with my bench workouts every week and my accessory workouts at least every-other week. Unfortunately, I have not squatted or deadlifted in nearly a month. I will be deadlifting tomorrow. Should be painful, I mean "fun". Accessory will be Thursday and squats on Friday. (bench was today). Again, I apologize for not being able to return the motivation that y'all have shown me, but that should be remedied.

3/3/14- Bench press day- I have been having some shoulder trouble. I tried to find the cause for a while with no luck. Turns out it was the last thing I expected- my heavy incline presses. i have taken them out of my training sessions and my shoulders feel much better.

bench press
warmups
135 x 10
225 x 5

work sets
245 x 5
255 x 5
265 x 5
275 x 5
285 x 5
295 x 3
305 x 3
225 x 10

machine bench- I have no clue what kind of machine it is, but it is the only one our gym has, and it gives me a great stretch, so I use it.
120 x 8
130 x 8
140 x 8

I finished with 10 minutes on the stationary bike. I ride hard for the whole ten minutes. Strangely, my current limiting factor IS NOT my cardio-vascular ability, but the severe burning in my legs. I believe that as soon as my legs become accustomed to this regimen (only my second time on the bike), I will be able to move it up to twenty minutes as recommended by BTB.

Thanks, fellas!

3/5/14-Deadlift day- first time deadlifting in a month. I felt much stronger than I expected. I didn't move any massive weights, mind you (my deadlift is seriously weak), but what I did do felt pretty light as compared to a month or so ago.

Deadlifts
warmups
135 x 12
225 x 5
275 x 3

work sets
315 x 3, 3, 5 - was gonna do three singles, then decided to go with triples. My ego got the best of me on the last set so I went with five.

deadlift speed reps
225 x 3, 7, 7, 3 - originally supposed to be 8 sets of 3, but I figured that would take forever with all the rest breaks. I ended up doing 4 sets with almost the same total reps to save time.

pendlay rows
225 x5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Finished with 10 minutes on the stationary bike. If I don't have to work on Saturday, I will be going to pick up some tires to flip. (If I can get them loaded by myself.) These suckers are HYOOGE. I have no idea how much they weigh, but I am getting them for free so I am gonna try my best to get them loaded.
