315 x 1- I am still losing strength on my bench press. I honestly thought I wasn't gonna get this one. I haven't been able to incorporate JByrd's advice regarding this yet. My crazy holiday work schedule has me all kind of messed up. Once this is all over I will be able to concentrate on a remedy for this.

When you're short on time, getting the main lifts in is all you need. If you can afford them I would recommend getting oly shoes. They have been indispensable in my squat training!

Thanks, KD5. Don't the oly shoes have a pretty large (tall) heel, though? I am used to the heel on my combat boots, but it is only 3/4 of an inch max.

3/4" is what my shoes have. Nike Romaleos II. Not sure if that is standard or not. Squatter uses the same shoes. There are cheaper ones out there though if you research.
