They're awesome. I actually do them in my "Jones" Smith Machine and not technically to the neck. More like very high on the chest like at the clavicle. The stretch takes some getting used to but between those and declines my shoulders never bother me.

Okay enough screwing around we'll call the last 3 weeks a cruise (even though it was nothing like one).

The only thing I felt like I was missing with the 10x3/10x10 deal was not enough 5's. So I'll be doing a 5x5, 4x10 day for upper body and a 5x5, DC day on leg day. I feel the RP to be more useful on legs than upper body these days.

Declines 315 x 10x3
Pendlay Rows 265 x 10x3
Duck-Stance Defecit Deadlifts 325 x 5x5
BNP 200 x 5x5
Leg Press 550 x 20,8,6 RP

Started back light on the 10x3. Right where I left off with my 10lb backdrop so 10 lbs under my PR. Also started light on the 5x5's. Leg presses were easier than I thought they'd be after the Duck Deads. They're more quad dominant than regular deads and a good balance between a quad dominant/posterior chain dominant movement. Plus it's a good transition after the Pendlay Rows from the floor.
