New Cycle for 10x3

Decline Bench 310 x 10x3 (320 Record)
Pendlay Rows 260 x 10x3 (270 Record)

Laterals 61 1/4 x 15,5,4 RP (LT 60 x 15,5,4)

Leg Press 555 x 10x10

*Declines and Rows don't feel as light as expected after dropping 10 pounds but then they never do. Heavy and barely possible often "feel" closer together than they really are.

Thanks Steve. Maybe it's unwise not to do some kind of real deload but lately my feeling is that a full deload just makes me weaker and waste a week if my recovery is keeping up.

Squats felt heavier than they should having gone down 10 lbs, once again. But then I have a month to work back up to my PR. Everything else felt considerably easier.

Hopefully they'll feel too light soon.

Decline Bench 312.5 x 10x3 (LT 310 : 320 Record)
Pendlay Rows 262.5 x 10x3 (LT 260 : 270 Record)

Laterals 62.5 x 14,5,4 RP (LT 61 1/4 x 15,5,4)

Leg Press 540 x 10x10

Notes: first few sets of benches and rows felt smooth and easy compared to last week. Dropped back on leg press 15 lbs (3 weeks) even though I wasn't having any trouble progressing. Figured it's better to deload the weighs a little even when they are going up easily than keep pushing till I fail on volume day.
