I may just continue with my smolov cycle after the results I just saw. Deadlifting can wait...

how much lbs of a PR jump is that since the start of Smolov?

my advice is , stay with the full program , its worth the gains at the end,

I think I'm going to just gonna take a week off of squats first. Then continue.
That is 60 lbs since starting smolov.
