They are great. Nice to hit my 1RM after a workout. Makes me feel like a man (I'm compensating for not being able to grow a beard)

Sorry been super busy. Got finals coming up and had a bad stomach bug. Still been lifting but haven't been able to do anything great.

I have also had to start "cutting" because my pants almost got too small so I have dropped to a malnurished 3000 a day. I have also added cardio (such as deadlift and carry w/ 365 or 20m)

Will start updating again now that I can squat without crapping.

Glad too see that people are actually keeping an eye on me, thanks guys.

Just got my new pre-workout in the mail from Chaos & Pain. Cannibal Ferox. It tastes like toxic waste but will turn you into an absolute crack head in about 15 minutes. Spent 2 hours in the gym this morning and hit a new squat PR. I think I'm in love.
