10/27: Shoulders & Biceps
Standing OHD Press: 115 x 10, 9, 8 -> +1 rep; had to fight tooth and nail for that extra rep haha

Seated DB Arnold: 35 x 41 reps in 5 sets -> -1 rep; been stuck at 35 and regressing, so next workout Ill crush 30lbs

Standing BHTNP (starting and ending on traps): 60 x 34 reps in 5 sets -> +5lbs and -16 reps

Seated DB Lateral Raise: 10 x 53 reps in 5 sets -> increase to 12.5lbs

DB Reverse Fly (Forehead on incline bench): 12.5 x 36 reps in 5 sets -> - 6 reps over last week

Standing Alt DBC: 37.25 x 36 reps in 5 sets -> +1.25lbs

Standing Cable Curl: 90 x 50 reps in 5 sets -> increase to 95lbs

Shoulder Health Circuit (Facepull/External Rotation/Trap Raise) 3 sets

10/28: Back/Traps/Forearms
Deadlift: 395 x 5, 5, 5 -> +5lbs and -2 reps

Pendlay Row: 170 x 38 reps in 5 sets -> +5lbs and 2 reps

Pull-ups: bw x 27 reps in 4 sets -> +1 rep

Lat Pull Downs
110x16 -> whoops! Was supposed to be 125
140x7
125 x 9, 9

Seated Cable Mid Row: 140 x 42 reps in 5 sets -> no change over last week

Power Shrugs
135/225/315/405x12
495x10 -> +1 rep
335x20 -> +20lbs

BB Static Hold/Wrist Curl/Reverse BB Curl Triset
225x 34s, 27s, 25s -> no rack so deadlifted in to position today

Battle Ropes: 30s work/90s rest x 4 rounds

thanks Rich! Now that I'm on the road and access to quality equipment can be hit or miss, I'm focusing on muscular balance and health, which deep down, as a 20-something, is exactly what I want to be doing at this stage in my life.

10/30: Chest/Triceps
BB Bench
190 x 24 reps in 3 sets -> +5lbs & -1 rep
135 x 39 reps in 5 sets -> +2 reps

DB Incline Bench: 60 x 33 reps in 5 sets -> +5lbs and -8 reps

Mid Pulley Cable Crossover: 50 x 66 reps in 7 sets -> first time doing these on this routine; best pump yet

CGBP: 100 x 36 reps in 5 sets -> +5 lbs and -9 reps

Rope Tricep Pushdown: 35 x 56 reps in 7 sets -> +1 rep
Shoulder Health - random stuff

10/31: Legs
Low Bar Squat: 245 x 29 reps in 3 sets -> +5lbs and - 3 reps

High Bar Squat: 215 x 15 -> +5lbs & - 5 reps; high bar did not feel great today

45 Degree Leg Press: 100lbs per side x 92 reps in 5 minutes -> kinda lost count but I'm fairly certain I progressed by at least 1 rep

Leg Extension: 90 x 60 reps in 7 sets -> increase to 95lbs

Plate Loaded Hack Squat: 125lbs per side x 48 reps in 5 sets -> +10lbs and - 2 reps

SLDL: 230 x 47 reps in 5 sets -> +5lbs and -5 reps

Lying Leg Curl: 75 x 48 reps in 5 sets -> +1 rep

Seated Calf Raise: 70 x 79 reps in 7 sets -> increase to 75lbs

Dragon Flags: bw x 5 regular, 5 negative
Planks: bw x 30s, 20s
