Lastly, The Biomat has pretty much eliminated any leftover inflammation. The results are in from my most recent testing with internal medicine, and one specific test they run is for inflammation. (I get tested thru internal med every so often due to my Birdshot) and it came back "negligible"!!!!!!! Unheard of for someone with Birdshot, inflammatory disease and who powerlifts. Absolute proof that is, along with the fact I can now deadlift and squat heavy in the same week with no issues. All of these things combined, especially the Biomat, is recovering me almost as fast as steroids would. If you guys can at all afford the mat, get it - you will not regret it. I would have paid double for it if I had to. Its also an actual certified medical device from the FDA. It recovers your body from a cellular level by heating up the cells by causing friction within them. This, combined with the Amethyst and negative ions spells big relief fast.

Outstanding insight brother.

I guess fen and I were asking what is part of the "nightshade" list? I've looked on a few sites and each time see a different list

The nightshades I know of are:

Potatoes
Tomatoes
Peppers
Chilis
Paprika
Eggplant
Tobacco
Green Coffee Bean

There are a few others that I never heard of and never eat anyway - don't remember exactly whaat they were.

They might - it says on their website some insurance companies will cover it.

ya, I know. I grew up on spuds and my wife being Italian and all - tomaters were tough to give up. However, when you really think about it Nick, doing so saved my life. How? Well, inflammation within the body is the leading root cause of almost all disease and many cancers within the body. My body was riddled with it. In fact, most people are bearing too much inflammation and don't even realize it. It is what is likely to kill them.

So damn true Jim. I guess I'll start cutting out all nightshade products first. I have a good 16lbs of whey id like to finish and not throw away haha.

And honestly, inflammation is apparent for me - even after being on accutane I struggle with acne and blemishes.

You've also cut out gluten too right?
