3/26: Incline Treadmill for 56 minutes; got some good reading in

3/27
High Bar SQ -> in the past I performed low bar, but from now on it will be high far
280x5 -> a grinder; probably need to dial back the weight as this was my low-bar top set
265x5
245x7
225x10
185x12
LB Paused Squats: 135 x 8 w/ 3s pause in the hole

Deficit DL (standing on 1 45lb plate)
250x10
255x4x10 -> + 5lbs
Leg Press: 160 x 57 in 5 -> increase to 170
Lying Leg Curl: 75 x 57 in 5 reps; - reps
Hanging Leg Raises: bw x 14/8/6/6/5
High Bar BS: 95x20 -> cause I hate myself haha
Abductor Machine: 50 x 3 x 20

Thoughts: I really like how high bar felt, but I definitely can't start with the working weights I used for low bar. Gonna drop it by a few lbs and build back and in no time I bet I'll be high bar squatting more than I low bar

3/28
BP
215x5.5 -> +5lbs; increase to 220; almost had the 6th, but my breathing was off
200x7
190x8
180x9
Chins: bw x 3 x 8 (between bench sets)
Standing OHP: 85 x 11, 11, 11, 10, 10 -> + reps
Pendlay Row: 185 x 39 in 5 -> + reps
CGBP: 120 x 41 in 5 -> FINALLY; increase to 125
DB Row: 100x20e -> brutal
DB Curls (elbow stricly to my side): 35 x 31 in 5 -> little below my rep goal; next time with 30
Seated Rear Delt Machine Fly: 85 x 46 in 5 -> + weight
Cable Cross Over: 4 drops
