Great video! Thanks for the find. I'm a big fan of Paul carter. Looks like I've been over-gripping the bar in an effort to keep my back tight when I can just keep my back tight and bring out my grip which is currently as narrow as possible. Gonna have to play around with it next time

Thanks fen. It definitely poses an interesting challenge. 530am workout have been a serious adjustment but I enjoy the travel and like being Able to fly to different places on someone else's dime on the weekends.

Sorry that updates have been sporadic y'all - work has been crazy busy.

On Tuesday I didn't progress on my flat bench sets (7x3 and tried for AMRAP on the 8th set but only hit 3). As per Steve's recommendation, I'm going to drop the number of bulldozer sets from 8 to 5 and aim for 5+ reps (aka AMAP) on the 5th set

This morning I hit 385x5,5,7 - added a rep to the last deadlift set, so next week will be either 390 or 395.

Slowly but surely adjusting to the 530am workouts in a higher altitude. Eating most of my calories post workout in the morning has been an adjustment though....
