I can't imagine doing high-altitude training at 5:30 AM....

Was the Iceland trip for work?

Realized I haven't been in here in a bit...

My squat jumped up a lot after getting a good quality belt. It really helps me get my abs engaged.

haha, yeah well my body thinks it's 7:30am since I live on the east coast.
Thanks for stopping in!

Yeah, I may need to look in to a belt and/or shoes as maybe it'll help me break the squat barrier and keep me stronger during the higher rep sets.

Well I took a week off from lifting when I went to Iceland. Travelling 7 time zones in 36 hours, travelling again for work (Denver), and lifting in a higher elevation definitely wrecked me DOMS-wise, but the workouts have been decent overall.

I just need to rebuild work capacity. It's amazing how quickly it dropped during one week of not lifting despite walking so much in iceland. My leg workout was quite poor but such is life.
