12/9: Weigh in
For the 3rd day in a row, I'm somehow 2-2.5lbs lower than before (175) instead of 177. Quite concerned and maybe some of the water retention went away from the Lecheek AD-3 PCT bottle I logged and maybe the Kre Alkalyn I justed logging . I've still been eating high carb and high sodium/potassium and high calorie (3500-350 per day)- must be even more activity during the day than I expected.

Kinda bummed that my weight hasn't really increased but that just means it's time to eat 3750+ EVERY DAY. Weight and rep progression is still present which is good and I'm looking more solid in the mirror.

You're still progressing really well on lifts, and you're obviously needing more cals, so eat ! Keep up the strong work Nick!

Appreciate the encouragement brother - it's a bit disheartening when I aim to eat more and weigh myself less frequently, so on those days I do weigh myself it's either overwhelmingly positive or slightly negative.

The scale can be shitty bud, you know this! But IMO you can eat much more and not be adding fat, which you're obviously concerned about to a point ! While the scale is messing with your mind, try to remember that your training is going awesome! You're not stalled or losing, you're progressing every F'ing workout which anyone would kill for! You ARE getting stronger, so add cals! If in two weeks you're still not gaining weight, add more cals til your seeing a little more on the scale, but don't forget about your great work in the gym !

You have always looked thick and strong as hell to me Nick.

Maybe just put the damn scale away for a long time and just go by what you see in the mirror and what you do in the gym.

Thanks brother. I have definitely been weighing myself less and going by the mirror. I just want to make sure the right measurements go up! (For example arm, quad, calf, etc) and I know those won't likely increase unless the scale moves.

But true. As long as the mirror and barbell progression are present I cannot complain!
