Whoa. That's hecka high volume, Mike. So long as recovery isn't an issue, I can see great things coming out of that.

Thanks Dray. Yeah, so far recovery hasn't been too bad. One day where deadlifts were fairly hard, but outside of that, I feel better than ever.

Thanks KD. I did crush the squats today no problem and had more in the tank for more deadlift sets, but wanted to save it for 8 sets of them on Monday.

Thanks Ravi! I think you are the actual volumasaurus though!!

Excellent day today. Felt very strong and wasn't rushed it being a Saturday and all. However, I'm not going to do Saturdays unless I have too. Too much family stuff going on then now that school is back in.

Anyway, Week 2 complete

Warmups: A couple squat jumps and a moment of silence.

Squat:
8x 5x 240 (109Kg)

Bench:
6x 6x 175 (80Kg) all paused
ss w/ Lat Pulldowns: 205x 8, 7, 7, 6, 5, 3

Deadlift:
5x 5x 245 (111Kg)

No hills. Raining here and I didn't have the motivation anyway.

A little bit of back yoga and that's it. I feel very good. Weight is only creeping down, but that's OK as it's better that way anyway and I know I am getting fitter in general.

There you go. Onward and upward.
