Stockdoc, I only pull the first rep from that low! Just below my knees is my sticking point, so I figure getting a rep or three from that height couldn't hurt. Kneeling Underhand Lat pulls: 3x 10x 195 (up 5 next week)
ss w/ Savickas Press: 3x 10x 55 (up 5 next week)

Finished with more sledding!


Let me tell you, Hang Snatch are just awesome if you are interested in hammering your traps!
Press was good. It'll start getting hard next week or the week after.
Pleased with the pushup progression. Finally not dreading those sets so much. Haha.
Went to underhand on the Lat pulls to keep pace with the seated wide grip I do on bench day. Heaven forbid I switch plates on my pull machine.

There you go. Back in the swing of things now. Weights should get to some decent numbers soon.

Oh, and I got the job. Start teaching Monday. That'll cut into my free time drastically, but I'll manage. Especially as the increased money coming in should cut down on the arguing time with the wife! I can use that time for lifting now.
