Cheers, just woke up and it feels ok guess ill not know properly till i get back in the gym, i'm on a course for 6 days in a classroom so that's some rest from work that should do it good.

Thanks all, Skipped Wednesday's training session this course i am on for work is mashing my brain. That coupled with the minor injury i thought it would be best to have a day off. I'll be back to the PL gym on Friday hope the arm holds up for Deads and Bench.
