1-15-14:Chasing the pump

Incline Bench Press

Notes: My upper body felt a bit beat up from all the volume I've been handling over the past 3ish weeks. To keep myself injury-free while getting some work done, I just tried to hit as many reps as possible. Failure was hit on the bench. I tried to do Paul Carter's 350 method where you try to hit 50 reps over 3 sets...not too happy that I can't do that at 120...I have something else to work towards now!
