Notes: I definitely overreached a bit too much on Monday and my hips weren't quite ready to go today. I did a boatload of mobility/recovery work leading up to this session, and in my naiveté/savage() nature, went through with the workout as planned. At the rate that I'm progressing in strength, I can't wait to see what I total at my next meet

For now, I'm going to keep doing sets of 5 until 5-10lbs of progression is too much per week or my form starts breaking down. After that, I'll probably do a bit of triples actions. So, I guess there's really no foreseeable max day before my next meet.

I slapped the belt on as an insurance policy because the second set felt heavy; wanted to make sure I stayed tight and didn't risk injuring myself.

Notes: I felt super strong and confident today. I was really in the groove on the bench. My elbows, however, started to feel a little junky and my chest got a bit tight as the workout progressed. As my "bodybuilding" day on Tuesday does not feature a main lift, I may forego it just to let my body recuperate fully. I will definitely throw in some extra mobility/recovery work for my upper body in the upcoming days.
