Well done on the BIG 8 reps Henry! Ya never know on a 500 pull - it all depends on so many things, especially leverage. It is guaranteed tho that you will get it this coming year!

Perhaps you should write a test before each session! Become a professional student! Haha

Notes: My last final was today. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my performances overall and even happier with the amount that I studied. As much as I like school, I missed the gym too much to stay away. After my 3 hour Financial Accounting test, I went straight to the gym and got right back into training. I fricking killed it today and I'm starting to become convinced that I'm going to pull 500 sumo within the month Well, if that doesn't happen, I'll definitely be squatting 4 PPS+.

In other news, I'm heading home tomorrow and I'm super pumped to get back on a more regular sleep and dietary schedule and get back to some super dee-duper training.

I know what you're saying about that 500 being elusive. But, given that I had it minus a slight hitch after 8 lifts at a competition, I'm confident that I'm on the cusp of nailing it

Thanks guys! Spoto presses are when you pause a few inches off your chest and hold for a couple seconds. Really taxing on the stabilizers. And St. Nick brought me a couple real nice early gifts today!

Notes: I was only going to do a lot of doubles today, but during the first set I called an audible and did 5 reps because I just felt like it. It was definitely a very taxing session, but I definitely felt like I could have done 3x6 if I wanted to go balls-to-the-wall. This session definitely allowed me to open my eyes to what I am capable of doing if I choose to realize my potential

Oh, and I also got my grades back today, and I did very well. I am so proud of how I performed on my finals. Things are beyond good with me and I'm currently on Cloud 9.
