Notes: These sumo deads are feeling really nice right now. I can't wait to see where this current training cycle is going to put me in a couple months. I really feel like I might be able to pull 500 both ways before long The working sets definitely weren't max effort and I could have done another set. Regardless, I think it was a good call to cut volume this week.

Notes: Overdid it with my back yesterday. My forearms and lats were pretty beat up today and 185 was moving like it was 200+ pounds. I got some form and speed work in after, so I definitely salvaged the workout. I'll live to bench another day

It would sure be nice to have 2 days off between every training session eh? I quite often find salvaged sessions to be the most satisfying tho! That sure is a decent volume on those triples.

Yeah, it's definitely not the most optimal layout, but given my work and social schedules, benching on Saturday has made Sundays a lot more manageable.
