Thanks everyone! Mab, I'll let you know how CAT works for me.

Update on me: So I trained bench on Tuesday. Worked up to a paused CGBP single at 185 then did some rep work after quickly. I left for Boston Tuesday night and moved into my dorm yesterday morning. I'm resting today then tomorrow is week 2 of the Anello deadlift cycle with some of my powerlifting friends at school

Notes: Crazy workout today. It was my first day lifting back at school with my friends and I was more than fired up to hit the gym. I definitely overreached, but it's fine because I ate a lot post-workout and will sleep like a baby tonight. I'm gonna need that sleep; tomorrow is the season opener for the football team, so I'll be partaking in some serious soda consumption.
