Notes: My head wasn't in it today 100%. I caught up on some missed sleep last night and ended up being pretty groggy in the morning. Regardless, I pushed through and managed some pretty decent numbers. I'm very happy with how today went overall.

I've been incredibly busy this past week with school, friends, and extracurriculars and haven't been able to post at all. Here's a look at my last two training sessions
