Default Moeheep Bulldozer Diet Summary

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, as most of you know I have lost over 100 lbs. Despite telling myself constantly to "bulk up" I am worse than a teenage high school kid....as soon as I see some fat gain, I panic, because I am sooooo worried about getting fat again!

After a lot of though, and some research. I have decided to remain in the 181 lb class, and see how strong I can get without moving up in weight.

Information on the Bulldozer Diet is on MAB Nutrition tab, so I wont spell it out. Basically 2 weeks bulk, followed by 2 weeks cut...wash, rince, repeat.

I wont bore anyone to death by listing what I eat each day, or even cals each day. I will just summarize cals, carbs, fats, and protein as an ave per day at the end of each 2 weeks, along with weight gain or loss.

I am mostly listing this here for myself, and to be able to see a summary over time if it is working or not.

Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Def been where u have been. Just watch what u eat and lft. U will be surprised what u can eat and not get fat if u totally kill it in the gym. Diet is key

FWIW I tried the bulldozer diet and felt like I was spinning my wheels. Changing the mentality every 2 weeks was draining and this is coming from a person that's dropped ~100lbs (210-110) and then healthily added 65lbs (110-175).
