Bench today
5 x 57.5kg
3 x 65kg
1 x 70kg +7 reps. Very pleased with this as I only managed 3 reps on my last cycle.
5 x 60kg x 5 after this.
Pull ups then 3 sets of barbell rows 10 reps at 60kg
Some bicep exercises. Hands were really sore by this point. Averaging between 1500-1700 calories a day at the moment.

Good leg day today. Usually train on a Monday but I felt awful yesterday and my knees didn't feel good at all. Knew there was no way I could squat 100kg yesterday so I left it until today. After a good warm up:
5 x 80kg
3 x 90kg
1 x 100kg +6 reps. Very happy with this.
5 x 70kg for 5 sets.
After that toes to bar for 5 sets of 5. Leg press, leg extension and some dumbell curls.
Really, really happy with those 7 reps.

Shoulder press tonight. Worked up to
5 x 47.5kg
3 x 55kg
1 x 60kg +2 reps. This is the second time I have ran this cycle and the end result was the same last time. Looks like I will be running it a third time. After that 5 x 47.5kg x 5. Then lat pulldowns, facepulls, lat raises and finally seated dumbell press which I haven't done in years and found very uncomfortable. Not happy with tonight. Shitty day in general.

Deadlifts. Worked up to
5 x 105kg
3 x 115kg
1 x 130kg +4
Left it at 4 because I wanted to chase 170 again and I brought straps.
3 x 150 without straps.
3 x 170 with straps. Very hard but just about got it.
5 x 90kg x 5 with a very sore hamstring.
Some dips and toes to bar after that with some stretching afterwards.
On a side note I have been training an 18 year old with virtually no experience for just under 3 months. Today, at less than 70kg bodyweight he hit 100kg x 3 with no straps. Really pleased for the kid. He works his arse off every time so he deserved that today.
