Bench today. Warmed up to working sets of
5 x 62.5kg
5 x 65kg
5 x 67.5kg +4 extra reps
Just realised it was supposed to be 3 sets of 3 FUCK!
Did 5 sets of 8 reps of 55kgs after that.
Then pull ups, kroc rows and a couple of cable curls and hammer curles.

Yeah feeling it today though. My hips and groin area is killing from all the deadlifts. Feel awful. Ate a full tin of spam and bought some triple chocolate muffins just to cheer myself up. Any excuse really.

Squats tonight. Warmed up and did my working sets of
87.5kg x 3
92.5kg x 3
97.5kg x 3 (+ 3 or 4 could have been more but I lost count.
After that 52.5kg x 8 for 5 sets.
Hideous. Then toes to bar for a few sets. Followed by 10 sets of 10 tricep pushdowns.
Finished with 3 farmer's walks with 34kg dumbells.

Shoulder press tonight. Warmed up then hit
3 x 52.5kg
3 x 55kg
3 x 57.5kg +2 reps then 8 x 35 x2 then 8 x 30 x3.
Didn't go crazy with assistance work tonight. 5 sets of lat pulldowns. 3 sets of facepulls then some bicep curls to finish.
As of tomorrow I will be documenting my food intake as well.

I don't go too heavy on those. I generally feel pretty good after them.

Okay so today I decided to do some skipping (or jumping rope) in my yard for 20 minutes after I got home from work. This is something I find very difficult as I am awful at it.
Today's eating:
1 scoop of whey with water upon waking.
1 scoop of whey with coffee and 3 hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
Handful of almonds.
Tuna salad bowl for lunch.
More almonds.
Dinner is 1.5 chicken breasts with 2 medium sweet potatoes and 150g of green veg.
Later I will have a banana with a little peanut butter and 1 more scoop of whey.

Not too hard but not much fun either. However, mixing whey with coffee is awesome so thank you for that oh bearded one. Awesome idea.

Today's workout was deadlifts. Warmed up to
3 x 110kg
3 x 115kg
3 x 120kg +3 extra reps
Decided to try and hit a PR of 170 so I hit 3 x 150 bit couldn't quite lockout 170. Currently using the my fitness pal app as writing every days food takes too long. Will post a pic in a few weeks.

After this I hit 8 x 80kg for 5 sets as my lowet back was already feeling it. After that I did some tricep pushdowns (very light) and did 3 sets of dips for 5 reps.
