They feel okay thanks. At the time I was really worried as the pain was so bad that I started sweating profusely. Not what I need right now as I have a 10 mile obstacle course race in 4 weeks time. Think I was too eager yesterday and got into my working sets far too fast. I've ordered a book on stretching so hopefully I can fix this issue with my hamstrings.
