3 x 100kg went after a PR instead of doing more.
3 x 110kg
3 x 120kg PR
1 X 125KG PR wasn't confident I could get 2 more so I stopped. I've put 25kg on my 1 rep max over the last year.
5 x 80kg x 3
100 air squats.

5 x 120kg elbow/bicep didn't feel good here at all so I just put the plates back and left the gyn with chalk still on my hands.

Cheers mate. Really wanted to get 170 without straps but it just wasn't there today. Slept horrendously and the gym was freezing which doesn't help.
