Press. Still pretty fried from all the benching on Saturday but had to get it done this way for my new split. Also, I swear the weights at this new gym are heavier.
5 x 37.5kg
5 x 47.5kg
5 x 52.5kg couldn't do any more which makes no sense. I should be crushing these.
8 x 37.5kg x 5 was actually pretty pleased with this. Did some dips and side laterals and left as my shoulders were on fire by this point. Wasn't a -10 session but it certainly wasn't too good. Will put it down to not eating much quality food yesterday or much food at all for that matter and the fact that I benched Saturday.

Squats. Running the same cycle again as I wasnt happy with how the last one went.

5 x 90kg shit.
8 x 70kg x 5
Same as yesterday in that the last working set was hard but the deloads were easier. Last time I only managed 5 x 70kg x 5.
No time to do assistance work tonight but let's face it the best way to squat more is to SQUAT. MORE.

Thanks. The volume work is going well but the heavier sets aren't at the moment. The weights at the new gym are definitely heavier. Looking to switch all my assistance work (or the vast majority at least) to bodyweight training for a month or so. See what happens. Got 3 weeks off from work as of this weekend so I will be doing more conditioning too.
