Thanks it's okay I suppose. If I'm honest, besides work, gym and food shopping I don't get out much. Manchester is home to the greatest football team ever though which is good. And yes I mean United.

BENCH! Had a couple of days off as my feet were really sore.
5 x 52.5kg
5 x 60kg
7 x 70kg all done with a rest pause.
8 x 52.5kg x 5.
Various assistance work and 100+ kettlebell swings.

Nice mate. Rest pause is tricky stuff but the bench is coming along. Yeah Citeh spent 200mil and struggle to win a champions league game.

I think rest pause has definitely helped. On my warm up the bar felt like a balloon and I pressed 40kg 20 times like it was nothing so it's clearly making me stronger. Just makes tge workout more challenging. I'm glad I started it anyway.

Squats. Hideous and I'll explain why.
5 x 70kg
5 x 80kg
8 x 90kg wanted at least double figures on this.
5 x 70kg x 5 this was hell.

This new split of deadlifts friday and squats sunday is grim but these afternoons are the optimum time to do these exercises on these days because the gym is quiet. However, I went running yesterday morning and did 8 hill sprints at least while I was out so today was all kinds of unpleasant BUT I got it done. Now to watch last night's fights. Oh and I'm starting a yoga class on Tuesday to aid my mobility.
