Decided to bench today instead of tomorrow as I was really feeling down.
3 x 65kg
3 x 65kg
6 x 70kg all down with a pause at the bottom which I feel makes it much more challenging.
8 x 50 x 5 without wrist wraps.

Some light sets on incline bench and dumbell curls after. Feeling a lot better about things as it was a good session. Thought I would celebrate with a big shake.
700ml whole milk
Banana
Blueberries
2 spoons peanut butter
2 scoops strawberry whey
1 cup oats
Creatine.
Fucking delicious.

Squats.
3 x 97.5kg
3 x 102.5kg
5 x 107.5kg
Still think I'm programming too high on these but I keep scraping and clawing through.
8 x 65kg x 5.

Drop down. Might be easier to claw up in reps.

I think your right. I think it would be best to finish this cycle and then reduce my maxes by 10kg on squats and 5kg on press.

I grew best when I was hitting double reps on top set. As far as reducing the weight consider dropping more because in 1 month you'll be back at the same weight because of adding weight at the end of each cycle.

It's a weird one because even though I'm grinding through it I'm still making gains and getting stronger. I've just recalculated all my lifts for my next cycle and the lifts certainly look a lot more even now.
