Trained at a friend's gym today and he had some bumper plates. Worked up to a 70kg clean and split jerk double. He also had a hex bar so worked up to 5 x 160kg and 3 x 170kg. Never used a hex bar before. Quite liked it. Back to regular deadlifts tomorrow.

Squats.
5 x 92.5kg
5 x 97.5kg
6 x 102.5kg
Struggled with the last set but wanted to torch myself and be sore tomorrow. So I went for
10 x 60kg x 5
And that was fucking hideous.
5 sets of kettlebell swings, 10 reps per set.

Since starting the btb caveman fasting 3 weeks ago I have gone from 238.4 to 232.6 after a refeed day. Very pleased with this and will keep going. Thanks a lot big hairy bearded one!

Press.
5 x 52.5kg
5 x 55kg
5 x 57.5kg fucking awful. This could be down to almost no carbs since sunday as I am now sick of eating sweet potatoes.
10 x 40kg
10 x 40kg
5 x 40kg
8 x 30kg
5 x 30kg.
Absolutely awful. 5 sets of 10 facepulls. 45 minutes on treadmill.
Piss.

No carbs is going to affect you big time, especially if you not have much fats either, i usually mash my sweet potatoes and mix mint sauce or mustard into them.

Carb up and smash it!

You're right I feel like shit. Will have some carbs tonight. Haven't slept properly the last 2 nights which hasn't helped either.

Will do. Gonna crush deadlifts tomorrow. Need to get some running in too as i have foolishly volunteered to do a 10k with obstacles in 2 weeks.

So after some carbs last night and this morning I deadlifted today.
5 x 110kg
5 x 117.5kg
8 x 125kg
10 x 80kg x 3
Left after this. Felt a bit better this session. Shitty day at work so I just wanted to get in and get out.
