It's been a while since I've logged. I haven't quit training or anything, but there's just so much fun and awesome stuff going on in my social life that I barely have time to go home to sleep Currently I'm kinda just maintaining where I'm at. Will start a new log once things settle down a little.

Good luck.

A couple of things not too overlook:
- sleep - often overlooked but it is important - try and get as much as you need;
- food - as your workout increases, you'll need to eat more food, though, try to keep it to the right food types (proteins).
