Interesting routine. Great work the both of you. Ice cream too!?! Man, you got it all going great guns right now.

I wish I learned how to eat as a young man. Good lord, it took me until my 40's to even understand that pizza and beer weren't food groups. It's gonna take me until my 50's probably to undo the damage! Still, never too late as you say.
