Pissed that I haven't had time to get anything done. I finally had enough of that crap. Went out to the garage after breakfast, hit a quick session, shower and now I'm off to work. . .

Squats

Notes:
Felt good to squat heavy again. Obviously the Deadlift work has kept up my squat strength to some degree. Happy with that!
