thx guys, yes pull from floor. I am actually in a pull rut. My bvest is 665 raw. post injury. I am the guy from MTV scarred that hurt his legs squatting. if u didnt see it you tube Big Bach squatting accident and thats me!!

my main goal is just to maintain for my job. Im a prison guard. I am trying to drop a few lbs and get in better shape for my kids,plus I have had 2 major injuries in my powerlifting career so i am not pushing huge weights like before
