Default New Workout

I have begun a new workout, because my partner wants to lose 10 pounds.

Monday
Superset Flat Bench, Hammer Rows, and Abs 12, 10, 8, 8, 8 reps. 185 Pounds for bench.
Superset Incline Bench with Lat rows and Abs 12, 10, 8, 8, 8 reps 155 pounds for bench.
DB shoulder press superset with Abs 12, 10, 8, 8 with 45 Pounds
DB curls, tri pushdowns 35 lbs DB, and 110 pushdowns 12, 10, 10, 10
30 minutes bike

Tuesday
Superset in this order Squats, leg extensions, Leg curls, deadlifts, abs and calf raises. Three sets of varying reps. I plan to work up to five sets of this.
30 minutes bike.
