Thx I got it from a local supplement store.
I think it's a clever phrase...
Though for me, I enjoy being a super hero to my grand kids... Being a muscled grand dad is a pretty good gig

Today I attended a PL seminar that included power bodybuilding as well, etc...
The focus was on sumo DL's and Squats.
I have to say, I am totally sold on this!
I spent a good amount of one on one time working on my form, can't wait to start seeing what I can pull.

I need some input, I'm putting DL's in my back day, do I start off with them or finish?

Health update...
I got my latest test results back last night.
Good news/Bad news I'm afraid...

The good news is my kidney function is back to normal!
My previous tests showed way too much Creatinine and the result was I had to back off the protein intake from 225g+ per day down to 95g per day.

Bad news...
I had to make up for the loss of protein calories so the Doc allowed me to increase my carb intake... Now my sugars (A1C fasting glucose) has trended up and if I don't get this back in check in 12wks I will need to get back on meds again...

I cannot allow this to happen.
So starting today I'm going back on my low carb rotation plan...
The fall shows may get missed, but this is way too important... priorities.

Hope you find a way around this, that's a horrendous catch-22 to be caught in.

Thanks for looking in!

Yes, quite frankly I was pissed last night about it, but now that I can take the protein back up to a decent level I can reduce my carb intake, that should do it without doing any extra crazy cardio, etc...

My "high" carb day is Leg Day and is usually around 100g-120g for the day timed around my workout predominately...
All other days are under that number
