I need to work on my diet.
Did a circuit weight routine for 30 minutes and no rest.
3 giant sets of Hammer lat rows and E-Z curls. Between each exercise I did a set of 20 reps of abs.
3 giant sets of Hammer pull downs and DB curls. More abs between sets.
3 Gin sets of assisted chins and hammer curls. Abs and hyper-extensions between sets.
30 minutes on the stationary bike at a moderate speed.
