Ironman Meet Training
BtB's P-Poopy-Doo Doo Routine
Week 9, Day 1

135x 5 ...paused reps in the hole

Added Wraps
225x 9 PR + almost FAIL ...+10lbs from last volume day. Vid. No clue what happened! Maybe the reps? But on the 9th rep when I got to the bottom an started to stand up, my head and brain just turned off. I could have been sleeping for a sec or two. When my brain turned back on I was totally freaked out and shocked at where I was and that I had weight on my back. Not sure why I continued to stand up kind of, and I smashed my wrist into the rack. I'm not hurt but I'd be lying if I didn't say this scared the F'ing sh!t out of me! I never had anything like this ever happen before.
After that I took a small break and then did some shorter sets.
Wraps Off
225x 3 ...felt fine
225x 3 ...fine again
225x 3 ...this last one I felt a little light headed and then called it quits for the day.

Done. Short training today, scary and strange. Glad I didn't hurt myself, not sure what else to say.

Damn, yeah, that would also scare the bejeezus out of me. Not sure what that would be, mate. Hopefully just a one-off weirdness kinda thing.

I know you - like everyone else - are probably sick of hearing this crap, lol, but really, make sure your recovery is all it can be. So important with lifts like dat squat, IME. But yeah, I know, you know.
