Sweet looking Squat Jay!

Did you watch the vid where Dan Green talks about at the bottom of the squat bring your knee's in slightly for a better quad recruitment out of the hole? If not I highly recommend it. If you decide to try it do so with light weight stuff first till it feels natural.

I tried all the other cues and they did help as well as blast my quads.

I specifically, did NOT bring my knees in at the bottom, BUT it happened naturally on my heaviest set!

Worth a try.

Thanks OMP! Yes I watched it. I try to focus on pushing my knees out. Keeping my knees out or over my foot is a weakness of mine. Naturally my knees want to come in a lot. I think for now I'll just try to keep them out, and try and replicate that squat over and over!

Yea, it happens to me if I don't concentrate on keeping my knees out!

Done! Calves were tight as hell since the weekend of cleaning and moving crap. really good stuff today! Squats went well! Would have liked to get the 3 sets on accessory exercises, but short on time, energy, head was garbage, ect! Good start though, I'm pleased!
