Crushed 315 + 120 in chains. That's by far the most I've ever moved at this weight. At the bottom it's around 395.

This is chemical free, and closing in on my 46th birthday.

Cycle 1, Week 5 - 80% Volume Week

Squats
325 x 3
325 x 3
325 x 3

Bench Press
285 x 1
315 x 1
315 x 1 + 60 chains
315 x 1 + 120 chains

Deadlifts
340 x 3
340 x 3
340 x 3

Very nice training...

You're benching is insane. You actually control the weight which is great to watch. How does the volume work feel nowadays given that you're dropping weight?

It feels great. Seems to be keeping my strength levels up, if not building them.

September 29th, 2013

Sickness is gone. The last 10 days were suck, but I managed to get in 3 solid workouts.

Things are starting to feel lighter, and my strength is returning. It's not where it was, but has improved enough as to where I feel energized.

My numbers are now at least within shouting distance of where they once were.

Cycle 1, Week 5 - 80% Volume Week

Squats
325 x 3
325 x 3
325 x 3

Bench Press
275 x 3
275 x 3
275 x 3

Deadlifts
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1
545 x 1
585 x 1
