Usually makes me feel better to workout when I have a cold. The sweat seems to open things up if only for a short time. Feel better and getting started on the workout if the big battle when feeling like crap.

September 25th, 2013

Sick of still being sick, I went heavy on bench because I needed to.

Crushed 315 + 120 in chains. That's by far the most I've ever moved at this weight. At the bottom it's around 395.

This is chemical free, and closing in on my 46th birthday.

Cycle 1, Week 5 - 80% Volume Week

Bench Press
285 x 1

315 x 1 + 60 chains
315 x 1 + 120 chains
