September 22nd, 2013

Sick. Head cold sick. Bad head cold sick. Tired of sitting on my ass for 6 days, lifted anyway. Feel 10x better after lifting, but that will likely pass.

Decided to skip ahead 3 days to week 5 of the program. I figured why not, a couple of missed workouts and I wanted something heavier.

Today was squat day. The other lifts were kept mild at 60%. Next workout of week 5 is bench focused, and the last workout of the week will be deadlift focused.

Cycle 1, Week 5 - 80% Volume Week

Squats
430 x 2 singles

Bench Press
225 x 3
225 x 3
225 x 3

Deadlifts
340 x 3
340 x 3
