Awesome work! Weight loss and conditioning are coming along nicely.

Also, I wanted to thank you. I read/watched somewhere that you mentioned wearing knee wraps helped prevent your hamstring tweaks. I thought I'd give it a try as I've been plagued by them for as long as I've been lifting. Tried it tonight and my hamstrings felt amazing.
