July 29th, 2013

Stopped my walk short today. Calves wanted to cramp. Being alone and in the country, was afraid that it would take me 3 hours to get home.

Still got some movement in.

Conditioning

Walking - 30 minutes

Down 10 pounds without trying. Not eating like complete crap but also not counting anything. I'll ride this train until the weight loss slows, then maybe dial in the calories.
