This week's workouts
 
I worked out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Monday was chest and triceps

Tuesday was legs and cardio

Thursday was shoulders and biceps

Friday was back and cardio

The food has been pretty good this week with a couple of exceptions.

Looks like you make individual posts without listing weights, etc...

I will work on posting the weight lifted. I'm not sure of goals at this point in my workouts. I'm getting ready to turn 64.

Consider running one log with new workouts in that log. It will help folks follow your progress.
