yeah it was a long day for shoulders but the front uppercut raises you can pretty much throw out, i really wasnt working on those sets. just trying to get a feel for new movements, i was just stuck on how my shoulders got massive vascularity doing them hahaha

Great log - I too have been logging Methyl Masterdrol at another site. Tomorrow will be completed with 2 weeks on - I'm dosing 4 tablets per day. With 2 taken pre-workout. I've dropped some bf% (tested with my omron bf hand-held tester.

I could always just copy / paste the log from other site and make new post so you can see how its working out for me as well.

yeah go for it.
im going the same 4/day route.
i also am finishing up with my second week and pretty much note the same effect, slight weight loss with strength increase, i might up my calories because this week i was too sore for comfort on a 5day split.
