update is due:

Starting today I have switched all my movements to dumbbells (minus deadlifts/squats). Probably wont last long because our dumbbells only go to 130, but it should be a good switch in the mean time. I think the change will be good for shaping, who knows, i just want to change it up a hair.

Day to day muscle group layout will be the same:
(monday-chest,tues-back,wed-delt,thurs-arms,fri-legs / random morning cardio and abdominal sessions)

Today was just feeling things out did 5 sets of 100sx12 on both flat and incline, felt great having maximum stretch and contraction. Finished with 5 sets of cable flys and 5 sets pec/deck.

I'll update some pictures tomorrow, i feel there is noticeable change.

I really don't know, i just want my body to get used to being as lean as possible (specially throughout summer). Then slowly add more food until i get 200lbs@6/7%, i lost weight and am at 190@6/7 right now.

My schedule is going to really turn around next week, I dropped my job at the stripclub and am going back to fixing trucks. So that's the end of graveyard hours and back to a 9-5 status and WAY more active work days. And ill have WAY more money for food and supplements, and i miss supplements dearly.
