... I can palm it, but i dont know about just off the dribble-grab-n-go.
how tall are you?

btw: tooooo tired to post yesterdays/todays workouts
on tuesday i again missed the 500 deadlift, i'm getting pretty pissed about this. the bar is getting higher on the 500 and the 455 feels like a breeze, just no success.

good shoulder day today, i was looking good because ive spent the past two days at the beach and i tan super quick

some pics:

Deadlifts are constantly playing with my mind like that. I'll hit 430+ for reps and think I have 500, and it will feel like 600.

good job on the 365 thats huge!

on a side note for your dunking attempts. when you carry the ball up your under hand pushes the ball upward into the dunking hand when you jump. there is no need to be able to palm it. palming it is just for show. when you kick the knee up to make your jump the ball should be swung up into the raised dunk hand at the same time to assist in the jump. with your hand over the top of the ball it won't go no where. then just flush it down. if you practice at a 9' rim you'll see what i mean and it will make your 10' attempts easier.

Ok well AA's t-alpha came in this weekend, so time to rev up the 'ol log.

weight this morn 196lb caliper came in at 7%
lost a pound since the end of the LG mmv2 cycle, also lost slight bf (7.8 to low 7)

diet:
only a slight change from what ive been running; took out the oats or 2 slices of bread from breakfast and switched it for a large tangelo (a hybrid of grapefruit/tangerine, i have a tree full of em). I've had this change in place for two weeks now and I like it much better, I feel more energetic in the AM and am looking leaner.

supplements:
5g kre-alkalyn (once in morn,once pwo)
3g gluta-lyn (once prewo, once pwo)
ON 100%whey (2 scoops pwo)
AA T-alpha (2caps prewo)

monday chest day

flat BB bench:
warm ups 135 x 15, 185 x 15
225 x 9
275 x 6
315 x 4
315 x 4
225 x 8

incline bb bench
135 x 12
185 x 11
225 x 7
275 x 4
185 x 10

cable flies
35 x 12
35 x 12
42.5 x 11
42.5 x 10
30 x 20

pec-dec flies
160 x 12
190 x 12
220(stack) x 9
245(stack rigged + 25plate) x 8
190 x 12

Pretty good day, my energy was pretty high considering I didn't get my preworkout boost of 3 cups of coffee. Weight felt pretty light, looked extremely vascular once warmed up, felt great.

I'm going to point the finger at t-alpha for that boost. Can't wait for the next days workout.
