Try to stay positive Cutty! Seems you go from intense and driven to almost completely giving up in a short time! Try to find a even level and ride it for awhile! Also think most of how you feel is probably based on diet. But that's my thoughts, feel free to take them or not ! You can do great things bud, just gotta want it bad and work!!!

maybe take another day of rest. I know when i wasnt taking regular rest days i would get so exhausted i couldnt go to the gym all i wanted to do was sleep and eat and lay around.

Yeah I don't know what it is, I'm still going. Lots of emotions bottled up and I think they are conflicting with each other. I at least got my radio half installed.. lol I found an adapter I used since mine is factory amped and I installed it and have the radio wedged in the hole where the radio will go and it sounds good for now.

I haven't had quality whole foods in months. I ate all whole foods in Oregon and now I don't get any.. it sucks.

reduced food is a major culprit....

go through the pain. adapt. survive. then thrive.

train lighter if you need to. train differently if you need to.

on top of any of your personal stuff and the stress hormones that go with it, your body is trying to resist the change you are enforcing.

It wants homeostasis. you want change.

you'll have to decide who's in charge.

Successful people do what they have to whether they feel like it or not.
